Honoring Our Veterans

Each November we honor the veterans in our town. We hold a delicious dinner with a special dessert. This year, several local veterans, including a 92-year old veteran who served in WWII, attended, along with the area Veterans Agent. And this year we had even more vets join us!

 

The program includes Rebecca Jennings, the North Attleboro veteran’s agent, speaking about our vets. James Taylor, a veteran, sang and Sam Wojes, a Boy Scout,  led the pledge.

 

A generous donation was then made to the Friends of Veterans Group. We plan to make this an annual tradition.
